    SKX173 Rotor bolt getting loose

Got a question to the technicaly savy people around here.
I heard a dangling noise in my Seiko, so i opened the caseback and saw that the rotor was quite wobbly
and the center bolt on the bearing was lose. i tightened it up a little but after a while it got loose again.

How tight can/should it be tightened? or is there some other technique to get this fixed?

its a very narrow slot screw, so there cant be much force applied even i wanted

On any other mechanical device, this is where loctite works wonders. I'd hesitate to use it on watches though!

i thought about using loctite aswell, but its quite dangerous. if a tiny drop oozes somewhere else into the movement it would be terrible :/
plus, the bolt is so delicate, you cant really apply any force to open it again sometime later

I'd try the loctite but i'd use a cocktail stick and just apply a very small dot of it on the screw
    SEIKO - HELSON - XW - PRECISTA
