Swap dead eco drive movement for live one?

The short of it is I have a Ti Ecozilla that the movement just died on me. Already changed the cell and left it in the sunlight for a month...nothing. I am not sure of the cost and availability of a replacement, any comments on that are welcome. In the alternative I know where I can get at least 2 working movements from SS Ecozilla's. Can I just swap these out? Are they the same movement? Thanks for any info you might have one this.

They should be the same, except for the crown which is probably exchangeable between the two.

Why not give it a try?
