Trying to determing my Citizen's model #

I bought this Citizen from eBay in about 2001. To be totally honest, I'm really not even 100% that this watch is a real Citizen, and not just some knockoff. After all, when I purchased it I was very naive, and had little knowledge of watches (volatile pairing!).

Anyhow, the caseback reads as follows (clockwise):

CITIZEN WATCH CO. WATER RESISTANT 10 BAR JAPAN GN-4W-UL
    A119-H09807 TA 850009 SS

Directly above the 6 on the dial are the words "Sapphire", which is followed by "WR 100."

I know this might be a bit of a chore, but I've exhausted every other outlet at my disposal trying to figure out details about this watch (model number, specs, etc.).

Thanks in advance for anything that you guys can offer me on this one.

    Hello Garrett

Going by the case numbers provided, your watch may be one of two models made in 1998:
    AP8020-59A (white)
    AP8020-59L (blue dial)

As these are models not sold in the U.S., we have no additoinal information for you.

    Sincerely

An in-focus photo of the front and then back of the watch would be really helpful.

edit: or, Citizen could just tell you .

Are these pics like your watch:
