    I'll check into this. Thanks!

If you could go without the solar and world time, there are a bunch of automatics out there with good water resistance and a second time zone function. Something like that could be good.

I want something she doesn't have to think about. Quartz or solar would be ideal because the more she has to set it the less likely she is to wear it. Being jewelry, I know it may get roasted in and out of use. But an automatic that takes a minute to reset after a few days in the drawer is no big deal for most of us, yet for her (and my wife) it's a nuisance that mitigates regular use.

Almost everything citizen makes now is eco drive which is helpful in shopping. Not so much in narrowing down.

    Thanks again!

Since everyone keeps linking the same AT Citizen, maybe you should call it there? :)

I got my girlfriend the gold version of the Ladie's World Time, and it's great! It does show two time zones at once, and is FAIRLY easy to set, and then once it's set it's great. I highly recommend it

I'm surprised no one suggested the Nighthawk.

Readability at a quick glance in low light conditions is also a plus. You didn't mention what airline but most new flight attendants with a flag carrier aren't going to do much international at first, spending most of their short overnights within a couple of timezones of home, so some multiple time zone piece is nice but not essential. Bottom line: It should be tough, classy, easy to read, and low maintenance. Hey, sounds just like us guys!
Seriously, congrats to her and best wishes on her new career. Also good on you for being a thoughtful brother.
This. My wife used to be a flight attendant and her watches would banged up pretty badly. Make sure it can take a beating.

Yes the Oceanus is a great suggestion.
