Ok, I am listening, I am observing, and paying attention and looking at what all you have said, and photos you have posted.

I will attempt to incorporate the best features.

Then, I will see if one the current company I am working with can actually perform it to standards.

Re: Ballistic Nylon/Kevlar/Nomex Strap Discussion Poll

Well Guys, I listened and I heard all that you were requesting. I paid closed attention to the photos. I thought it over, and over again…

I cam up with this modification…

Here, is the multipurpose strap, in which I tried to incorporate everything. As you all have some wonderful ideas.

It has Velcro, for ease of use, one metal ring for ease of taking on and off. It has a cover in the back, to protect the watch, but to act as a safety harness should one of the spring bars pop off, and you have to remove the spring bars prior to placing the watch head on. In this configuration should a spring bar beak, you are covered.

In addition, the length allows you to put it over your clothing, wetsuit, and flight suit, whatever you need, but at the same time it will not be too bulky or big.

    Thoughts, Ideas?

    John

Looks good. Is there any chance that the O7 logo can be part of the weave of the strap? Something like below.

I like Cannon's idea very much - subtle but unmistakable. A sewn-on tab will not wear well and I can foresee problems with it not being straight, etc.

I like it, i think you have got it.

I agree about the logo not being stitched on, that always looks like an after thought.

I would opt for the leather tab being embossed.

    Cheers.

Ditto. Cannon's idea would set these apart from others.
