I much prefer the look of the longer minute indices.

    Re: Ocean7 Announcements

    Guys, thanks for the comments.

At this point we're almost certain that chrome inlays will be used.

If we use large grooves in the bezel we're like Orsa and Marathon, and if we use small grooves, we're similar to hundreds of other watches such as R*lex. I don't think that argument works very well. We have to choose what we think looks best, and what people want. After all, the dial and hands are already 'similar' to the PloProf. I don't think either choice is bad.

ragat - Thanks, we try harder. If we never move past selling to enthusiasts through forums, it will still have been worth the effort, just for the fun of it (as long as we don't loose money)! We understand that selling to the general public is a lot different than selling here at an intro price, and we may never successfully cross that bridge. From previous work experience, we both understand customer service.

Brad - Incredible work, thanks for the effort. We do like the longer indices better, though.

The logo has to be one color, so we'll use white. Otherwise we'll have issues to deal with if we use different dial colors such as orange, and no, we're not planning to do this now.

PVD version - again, incredible work. You will see this before 2008, likely before 2007, but right now we're focused on you know what.

I'm casting my vote for the larger bezel grooves, but definitely don't change the indicies! I can't wait to see this watch in person!

I'm very happy to be one of the lucky ones as well. My vote for large grooves, and keeping the chrome is an excellent idea. Is the date window round? It would look great surrounded with the same chrome.
