I do believe the lume is pretty subjective, from what I have seen it looks pretty good in a dark room or at night most of us are buying these from an aesthetic point of view (sorry if I offend anyone) and the white is more than good enough To call it poor does a disservice. It's definitely better than most Omegas or Rolex's that I have had Keep up the good work Mitch :thanks

The LM-6 samples went back to the factory today. They will get spring bar holes, and hopefully, bands. There was a small problem with the 2893 movement spacer that will also be corrected.

I tried the carbon dial but didn't really like it, but with the pvd bracelet it looks pretty good. In "real life" I'm sure it will look completely different.

    Conorb,

For what it's worth, I like your hands better. I think the logo needs to always be white "Ocean" and orange "7" though. Of course the logo is strictly Mitch's bailiwick.

I agree. The white hour hand with white lume doesn't work that well, does it? Both the hour hand on the 2824/2893 models and the GMT hand on the 2893, have been changed to all black with white lume. I don't think we need orange on the GMT hand because it is a minor function.

    The chrono is unchanged.

Great, that sounds exciting. I take it you're planning on using the white lume with the black dial over the C3 lume?

Is white lume different than the C1 lume on the LM-3 or are they the same thing?

    Re: LM-6 sample pictures

I tried a black LM-6 hour hand on a black dial, and I'm not sure, since only the white lume is visible. A white hand was good enough for Omega to use on the PloProf.

C1 is white lume that glows green. That is what we will use on the LM-6.

So is that a definite NO to C3 lume for the blck dials then?
