This are my first watch pictures, not very good quality. I suppose I will improve after taking and posting many more!
The Oris is the most difficult to capture properly, and it never looks as beautiful as in real life...

Curious how the Oris and longines hold up to the iwc?

Hi, Mike! I would say in terms of built quality and finish the IWC and the Oris are a little better.
The bracelet in the Longines is not in the same league, for example. Plus it doesn't offer the half link and the fit is never perfect.
Keeping time, IWC and Longines are together, with no significant difference after several days running together.
The Oris has been always going faster, around 10 seconds per day. At the end of the week, I just pull back a minute and that's it...
The lume in the IWC is by far the best, lasting longer, stronger, and with the distinctive two color scheme.
My only complaint is that the Aquatimer is thick, and sometimes not comfortable to wear with shirts. But they are not built for the office, are they?
Finally, I just love the way the Oris looks when I wear it, and my Aquis is getting more wrist time than the others at the moment.
If we consider looks only, Oris is the winner IMHO.
I really like the Aquis, espcially the blue! Enjoy it!

Hi,
I found that you and I almost have the same taste on Divers. I am a huge dive watch fan, and I just bought the Aquis Date Black face with SS bracelet.
When I am looking for the dive watch to buy, I considered the Hydroconquest too. I also like the aquatimer very much. However I found the Aquis date looks most beautiful and stylish.
Congrats on the collection.
very nice collection you got there. formenko
I'm currently thinking of getting Oris aquis, especially blue one. I have two black watches so, this time i want to try someting new.
I know that Aquis black dial has blue lume but wondering what color does blue have at night? does it have same blue color?
Please let me know,
Go oris
you hit the big trifecta.
Hi, Won! The lume is blue, as in the black dial. Very nice..!
