NEED HELP TO BUY A Meistertaucher

Hello Oris fans. I would like your help. I am planning to buy my first ORIS.

I am from Brazil and I there is for sell in our Brazilian “ebay” one ORIS Meistertaucher , also called as REGULATOR or REGULATEUR right ?

I have search for this watch on ebay and amazon, and there is only one for sell in each site. One new on amazon and one pre-owned on ebay .

My question: Have I done the searching wrong or this is a model that is difficult to find right now.

Here is the link for the Brazilian site

    http://produto.mercadolivre.com.br/MLB-230100071-oris-tt1-meistertaucher-regulador-titanio-49mm-1000mt-_JM

The price in US is around 2.300,00 wich I think is very good .

Is that a good model or I should go for another one

Tks a lot for your time

    I have that exact watch!

I really enjoy it, but some people will call it a large watch. Due to the use of titanium, it feels like a much smaller watch (to me). I think if you like this type of watch, you will truly enjoy the Meistertaucher. I know I certainly did.

I cannot comment on the price, but it does seem closer to new price than used price. That said, if the watch is new, that would be OK. The watch shown in the picture is used.

I have not regretted my purchase.

    Good luck!

    Dan

I have the same watch. the price for a new one sounds about right, although I purchased mine in St. Thomas for $2,000. I love my Oris and you will too.

Re: NEED HELP TO BUY A Meistertaucher

hello everyone ! tks again, very much for your help. Your posts were very important to my final decision.
As soon as I open the package I was very happy ! Very impressive case. However, when I wore the watch I felt, at least for a few minutes, with the size of it. Very big !
Too heavy. Right now, I am just ... great wacth. Lumen in beautiful. Don't know how long it takes, but I liked a lot.
I did not have the courage yet to cut the rubber strap ! i have a 6,7 wrist and that means that almos nobody else will wear it after me.
WUS thank you for your help !
