Noise from watch

Hey,

I was curious to know if this is normal or not. My watch (1000m tt1 chrono) makes what i would call a grumble at times followed by a ratcheting noise. the noise is not present at all times, and usually occurs if i move from left to right about 180 degrees. I figured it was just winding, but i want to make sure i don't have a lemon...! Is this just part of owning an Oris?
