Anyone know of a Rose Gold and carbon fiber pen?

I'm really new to pens. I only have a Mont Blanc so far.

I'd like to buy a rose gold a carbon fiber pen but I have no clue where to start as I don't know sqaut about pens.

Can anyone tell me of a rose gold and carbon fiber pen in the sub 1000$ range (ideally in the 500$)??

    Thanks!

What kind of a pen? Fountain? Rollerball? Ballpoint?

You could look at the Monteverde Invincia for a start; they're around $100 I think.

    Thanks! These are nice!

In fact, I want anything but Fontain as I always make a mess with those. Don't know if it's my technique or the pens I used, but I can't really use a fontain pen. :)

Ordered one from Amazon for around 70$ including shipping! I can't go wrong with this one...

I don't expect the greatest quality and I know the rose gold is probably of the lowest quality but at least I'll know for sure if I'm ready to put more money for a better pen...

That's great you found one so fast. Please post a picture once you get your new pen.

I also found another one. I will post pictures of both pens when I get them. :)

I would suggest an ST Dupont Defi in Carbon Fiber - the stock coating is palladium, but you could get it done in rose gold by a jeweler and still be far under the $1,000 mark, with a very pretty pen. Not to mention one of a kind.

I agree with the above posters that the only commercial combination(s) of this is with Monteverde (Invincia). Retro 1951 also makes a Carbon Fiber pen that is plated. Both of these pens should be bought below $100.
You would have to commission a pen-turner to make you a custom pen in this combination.
A quick browse through the pen forums will find you several well-known turners!

    Regards,
    Frank
