Hello,

I'm in the market for a platinum Meisterstuck ballpoint. I've been in contact with Fountain Pen Hospital in NYC and I did manage to get a reasonable price. However, I'm a bit disappointed at their service; it has been a week now since I replied to their email that I would like to buy, but still no answer. Not unreasonable to expect an order confirmation within 5 working days, right?

Therefor I'm looking at other places to spend my money. Any recommendations? What other authorized dealers are there that could give a good price? Another option would be to have it shipped, what do you recommend in that case? Jomashop?

PM:s are also welcome.

Also, anybody else have similar experiences with Fountain Pen Hospital? Looks/Looked like a very reputable, high-volume dealer.

That is strange. Fountain Pen Hospital is very reputable and provides excellent service.

Are you using yahoo or gmail email accounts? I've noticed that sometimes when I use my yahoo email account, it gets treated as spam and gets junked before the recipient can read it.
