Waterman Expert Ballpoint for my brother birthday.

Hey all so my brother's birthday is coming and Im thinking a water man pen will be a good long lasting present he can use. A little back ground my bro just graduated University this past spring as Disaster management planner, and is working for The provincial EMO (Emergency Management Office) as an assessment officer working out of the main office. For Christmas I Got him a Seiko 5 Automatic #SNKE03K1watch, the idea is I want to get Him professional tools that will last him for his career. Our dad had Many Parker and Waterman Pen over the years, Prefer the thicker Watermen's my self and as well as my brother. So im thinking of getting him a Waterman Ball point pen. Any suggestion or recommendations are welcome.

I have that identical pen and love it. It is smooth and the cartridge last a long time. It is a handsome pen in person. You can't go wrong.
