Already thinking about replacing the bracelet with a strap. Some kind of cool rubber, NATO, or something else?

Oh, and anyone know the lug width on these things?

Leave it as it is! Bracelet matches it best. You can try mesh.

Review: Vostok Amphibia Automatic Watch
Not long ago I watched The Life Aquatic, in that movie Bill Murray wears an iconic Vostok Amphibia(n), which reminded me of the watch (here it is in the movie, also here). So I went on a search for another Vostok Amphibia. While I like the dial used in the movie, I prefer the “SCUBA Dude” variant seen here. Last week I put out a WTB on several forums and ended-up with this watch. It was manufactured about a year ago and only lightly used.

The Ministry case has a 20 mm lug width, which is one of the reasons why some Amphibia owners prefer the Ministry case.

Wow guys, 18mm, 20mm... The ministry case as 22mm lugs and can be worn with a multitude of straps and bracelets. I think some made good recommendation so far. I personally do not like silicone strap, I think they look cheap and get dirty within minutes you put it on, they are real lint magnet but to each his own I guess. Rubber would be my choice here. I have three of these, one on mesh, one on nato and one on isofrane rubber. I love all three styles. I kept the original bracelet on for a while and also found it nice for the watch but prefer the mesh bracelet. I can see a thick black leather strap with this as well or even a polished Watchadoo.
