I bought 2 green and 1 black straps from Patrik. His production time was exceptionally quick, but it's important to note that he's in Croatia so shipping times will vary. In my case, USPS took 5 weeks to deliver. The quality of the straps is excellent, but the green is a real standout. It feels and looks like a nice rugged military canvas. The black...I don't like it all. It has nothing to do with Patrik's work, it's purely preference. It's too soft and "denimy" for my tastes. At $50 a pop including shipping I consider them a steal and I won't hesitate to order more. A couple of things that I would change based on personal preference:

    - Give the long side end a more blunt end.
    - Use a single, wide, loose keeper.

But that's just nitpicking. Here are a couple of images of the green on military style watches. I've also worn my divers on them and they look terrific as well.

Holy cow 5 weeks? I'm in Texas and takes a max of two weeks USPS. Not sure what customs is doing with your straps lol.

I have ordered 15 straps in the last couple of years, last count and that's not counting a wallet and two leather bracelets lol. Needless to say that I love his work. Every strap is a work of art. Like art, you aren't going to please everyone. But I know that he takes every criticism into account. He is a great listener/reader of my cryptic emails. Lol

I do consider Patrik a good friend even though I have never physically met the chap.

    15?! 🤣😂 Yikes! Lol here's my SOTC of clovers🍀

    Re: Clover Straps

Received my first canvas strap a few days ago and only now has the chance to use.

It's a sandwich style folded canvas, the first of its kind that Patrik has done per my conversation with him.

The one thing I'm not super thrilled about is that it's very thick on the buckle side when it's worn. This is not on patrik by any means; it's pretty much what I specifically asked for.

This will be my last sandwich style canvas for sure lol but it won't be my last cloverstrap. Patrik is very pleasant to communicate with and I highly recommend his work.

I love mine. But, when I tried to hand wash it, the black inner layer bled into the red outer layers. Now it look so terrible and ill have to find another strap for it. So, beware out there. Don't wash them.
