I recently purchased a beautiful leather strap made for me by MountainLand. It turned out great and looks perfect on my new diver. I have had my eye on this Oris as well, I think this strap would be great.

I also custom-ordered my dark burgundy strap from Brusnitcyn workshop. Very looking forward to meeting my strap.
By the way, did you replace the strap by yourself or went to AD to do it? Because I am extremely paranoid about scratching my brand new watch. I purchased spring bar tool and practiced on my cheap, not using watches but it's not easy.

Changing the strap is really easy. If your worried about scratching it just put scotch tape on the lugs when changing straps until your comfortable that your not going to scratch it. The bronze doesn't scratch all that easy (although scratches in the patina will happen quickly). Also on bronze I would reccomend periodically removing the strap (since it's leather) and rinsing with fresh water, maybe every moth or so. The fresh water will wash of grim and help for an even patina. Particularly in between the lugs were debri and skin builds up and tarnishes the patina.
Show pics of the bund when when you get it.
Yeah. I'll have to tape my watch for sure. Thanks for the maintenance tip and I'll upload some pictures of my strap when I get it.
Like I promised, I uploaded pictures of my strap. I just got these pictures of completed strap from Brusnitcyn, the strap maker. Well done, Brusnitcyn!
I just can't wait to have it!
