A regular calls up and has an idea. It involved ammo. My heart smiled.
Black ammo bags are tougher to come by, but I found a bunch a while back and bought them up.
This guy has fairly average wrists, but he wanted a long tail end of the strap, and the strap to be lined, so that when being worn the tail hangs out a bit and the colour of the liner adds a nice accent. He asked if I could use only the original stitching holes, but it wasn't possible for the tail end (and a real pain finding a piece to use for the buckle end as well). Sewn-in MOD-style buckle and red lambskin liner. If you look careful, you can see the liner through some of the original holes in the pouch, which is pretty cool I think. I was given a length range, so it worked out well that the end of the tail side is natural to the pouch - I didn't shape it that way, just left it as was.
