    Photo sharing: Speedy Croc

It's been a while since I posted any work, for the last while I have been doing almost nothing but dyed veg tooling leather: standard lengths, widths, colours, and stitches. Nothing wrong with that, but no need to create a bunch of threads.

Then I got an e-mail - sender was looking for something new to compliment his Speedy Pro 3590, in a brown shade.

Chocolate crocodile was the answer, with natural linen stitch and a lambskin liner. I love croco and it was a treat to be working with it again. I've done a good share of straps for Speedy Pro, but none in brown, so I'm looking forward to seeing a wrist shot; if I get one back I will be sure to update.

    Thanks, both - much appreciated.

Thats quite the compliment Daddy-O, considering the D9 stuff I've seen.

Luckily, I did receive some pictures from the strap's new owner, mounted to his 3590.

I like it, hard to get your head around the fact that the Speedy will look good on straps other than Black !!!

Well, that is because black or dark gray goes with anything!(IMHO)

I hear you - I have done maybe 6 or 7 straps for the Speedy, and all were black. Nothing wrong with that, but when this request came down the wire, I was eager to see the result, and I think it looks great on that classic.

    Hello All,

I was the lucky recipient of this strap and I just had to comment on CADStraps' work....it's awesome. The build quality is excellent and the customer service I received was top notch. Of you're looking for a quality bespoke strap to satisfy your itch, talk to CADStraps.
