Rolex crown not vertically lined up

Hi guys, I just bought a brand new GMT IIc before coming to this forum and reading articles, only to realize my GMT's crown is not vertically lined up! This is really pisses me off since all the pictures in their websites have all their crown symmetrical and I think its a little bit misleading.

I'm just wondering how many of you guys do have the crown vertically lined up when it is screwed shut?

    just curious.

Wait, are you talking about the coronet (the Rolex logo on the crown) not straight up and down or the crown itself not aligned in the crown guard? If it's the former, take a breath, there are for more important things you can put your worrying toward.

Yes I meant the Rolex logo not straight up and down. Its not really a big issue, just that all the pics in their website shows the logo vertically. After all its a $7000 watch...

It's like the pictures of cars... notice how they all have their rims in such a way that the center cap logo is pointed up and down? All marketing.

Just enjoy your watch, after all, it's a beautiful one!

Not an issue worth perseverating about. Enjoy the Rolex and move along.

This is normal and should not be a concern.

If you are seriously worried about this, I'd suggest you disclose your preferences clearly to any prospective sellers if and when you make inquiries on our sales forum - to avoid surprises and potential conflicts about expectations.
