Rolex Service Centers

Anyone care to share their best or worst official Rolex service center stories ? :-X


My well trusted Explorer is keeping excellent time , but will be due soon.



Personally , I used to use Rolex on 5th Ave in Manhattan as it is nearby – they really hit hard price wise and take forever to do a basic service.



As I often travel to Asia , I find the service centers there to be much more efficient and better priced than what I was used to being charged in NYC.


Anyone know what dictates their prices ?
