Hi,
Another question here:
I am potentially getting a Tudor Submariner 79190 and want to know if this ETA movement can be serviced at any watch repair shop?
Also, if anyone owns this watch how has the experience been, thanks.

Yes, any competent watchmaker should be able to service it.

Life is short. How sad to have realized in your death bed that you've worn a crappy watch as a "daily beater" for most of your days.
Because Rolex makes the case and trim pieces, if you'd need a crown or tube or bezel insert then you'd have to be working with a repair place that has been 'certified' by Rolex USA to access the full line of available parts. But absent the need for crowns or factory crystals or bezel inserts, all of the movement pieces are easily sourced from the majority of parts houses. The tube could be sourced, but it would not be a Rolex/Tudor part, but you'd be hard pressed to know the difference.
