Looks like it's time for another reminder. You old timers already know this but for the benefit of our newer members and those who might have forgotten, please see the following:
If you want to value your watch, the best way to do that is get it appraised by a qualified individual who actually examines the watch itself rather than merely gazing at Internet photos (please note WUS rule #16). You can also check completed sales listings on this and other watch fora and, of course, eBay. If you are unable or unwilling to find a value for your watch on any of these sources, then you may post a question here, keeping in mind that without actually seeing the watch and being able to accurately gauge condition any responses you get will be educated guesses at best.
HOWEVER...if you so much as hint in your post that you are looking to sell the watch now, tomorrow, or at some indeterminate point in the future, then I will consider your thread to be a sales listing and respond accordingly. Which means delete it.
Yeah, I'm mean that way. But them's the rules, guys, and it's my thankless task to enforce them.
