Ambit GPS setting (1 sec and 60 sec)

Hi,

I wanted to find out where can I set the GPS update (1 sec and 60 sec).
I read through the user manual and could not find the instruction.
Even in moveslink/movescount, I still cannot find it.

Please advice.

You need to have the watch connected to Movescout. The options are on Movescout.

It's under those advanced settings for activity type.

In moves on the internet go to gear and then customization.

Then select your sport say eg : running. When u click edit
The window open to show you 8 watch screens.

On that same window on top u have a small link advanced settings.

You can set laps, HR range , and GPS intervals.
