    Ambit Support Experience to share

    This is the very first time I called Suunto support line. The number I called was on the back of the instruction manual for USA: 855-258-0900 (toll free). As soon as the phone started to ring on the other side, a live person answered the phone within 5 seconds! No holding music, no recording, no wait. I was impressed. What impressed me even more, was the friendliness of that person. She was prompt, polite, and answered all my questions confidently. What an amazing experience to be a Suunto Ambit owner!

    Had some mail contact with them and every step in the process was communicated... Very detailed and accurate answers, polite and friendly... Super Service Suunto!

    I have contacted Suunto many times, either with faulty watch, problems with S/W or just for information. Not only do I concur with jcgoobee comment, but I would state that in my experiences; this is the norm for Suunto Service Dept. A lot of other companies should take note!!

    This is one of the main reasons I had no problem jumping on the Ambit early. I am also buying into the company that stands behind the product and their word for future updates. If you don't trust some companies, that is understandable. My previous experiences with Suunto makes it very easy to invest in their new halo navigation watch. I could not recomend a product if I don't put my own money whe my mouth is.
