    Core B/O or B/Y ?? Confused - Help

    I'm gonne place an order for a Suunto Core tomorrow, but I'm not sure wich of them?!?

    Does anyone know or have a pic comparing an Altimax (my old Suunto) and a Core.

    Core B/Y 249$
    Core B/O 349$

    Good prices??

    Sorry its not an Altimax, but here is a pic of my Core next to my old Vector.

    Not sure why. Apparently you pay $100 more to not be able to see the display well. The pic at the top of this page is a bit misleading. No photos I have seen have that amount of contrast, and many have posted they are disappointed with the readability of the display. The Y / B on the otherhand (which I own, along with a L / G) is quite readable (although obviously not as readable as the L / G or other positive display Cores).
    Focus on what you want to happen, not what has happened.

    The B/O has a metal bezel whilst the B/Y has a plastic.

    I did some thinking before ordering, enden up with the B/O just because I like the looks of it, but don't get me wrong, the B/Y is a real beutiful watch aswell.

    The bezel on the y / b looks metal though. I actually always thought it was metal until your post.

    So guys there are no over differences? $100 for the silver bezel option is frankly shocking.

    The bezel ring on the Yellow Black is aluminium not plastic and it has been anodized for the metallic goldish yellow color...
