I have searched through the previous threads and have not found how to adjust the contrast on my Suunto Elementum Ventus.
Anyone know how to do this?
I appreciate your help!!!

I have tried that thread and, for some reason, it doesn't work with the Ventus. I have run through the directions many times with no success. Thank you for directing me to that thread!
You could always try Suunto customer service.
Bingo! I have heard back from Suunto! Here are the directions:
1. Press the middle right button for 15 seconds, or until the screen displays NO(field 1) TO(field 2) SLP(field 3).
2. Rotate the upper right button so that YES(field 1) TO(field 2) SLP(field 3) is displayed - the display will then go blank within a few seconds.
3. Press and hold the upper right button until the absolute pressure is shown.
4. Press the upper right button several times until 'contrast' is displayed.
5. Adjust the contrast by rotating the upper right button.
6. Press the upper right button to acccept the adjustment.
7. Press and hold the upper right button until the time is displayed.
Congrats!
This is for the negative display, right?
should work for both...

When you change the contrast, is it similar to a neg display Core, which range from 1-10 or so??
