Pics of CORE Alu/Alu or Steel/Steel wanted

I have a CORE black/white. I love it. When I go to work (in business attire) I wear a different watch--a silver dress watch. Quite frankly, I cant wait to get home at the end of the day and put my CORE back on again. It occurred to me the other day that I could probably solve my desire to have a CORE on my wrist 24/7 by wearing a CORE Steel/Steel or Alu/Alu as my work watch. However, it is hard to tell from the photos on the web whether this style watch will serve this purpose for me or not. For those of you will the CORE Steel or Alu, could you please post some pics of the watch? Both on and off of your wrist. Id like to determine whether this watch will look good (or just plain rediculous) as a "dress" watch to wear into the office.

    rtlange,

I don't have any pictures to show you, however, I have the same questions as you. Currently, there does not seem to be a whole lot of interest in your questions, so if nobody responds with photos, I would still be curious to hear what you decided. Thanks.

IMO, The Core could not be used as a business/dress watch. Too big. You might get away with a black Observer or Elementum because of its size.

Well, this isn't quite what you're looking for but I wear an Alu Positive on a Black leather strap at work all the time now. Yes, it's big but I think the black/alu looks fine in the office. Like someone said over in the G-shock forums, a very different watch is one of the few ways we have of personalising a suit.

(Pls excuse the cam-phone pics. 'There's a storm coming' in the UK by the way).

That color combo works better for dress than I thought.

hmm that looks nice actually. Makes me move more towards the Alu/Black with negative face.... that really does look like a watch I could wear both at work, in the plane, and socialising, unlike the B/Y which is pretty casual looking.

Please take this suggestion in a friendly way, rather than as a snippy, snappy answer. I've sometimes found that if I search with Google and click on the "images" link so that the search results are all pictures, I can find a picture of what I'm looking for. It doesn't always work but it works more often than I would have thought. Worth a try since we're not turning much up here. Good luck.

I think the Steel core is fine as a business watch, the boss can wear whatever he wants!
