Please appease my neurotic nature. While wearing my trusty Obsever today, I noticed that the MODE button has become a little mushy and wiggly but it still functions. Is this normal?

Mush is a very subjective term. Have you washed your watch lately??? I have seen dirt migrate around the buttons to create a "mushy" button push.

I have never washed the watch. It feels softer, not as firm and I can wiggle it a little bit.

I can move the button a little on mine. But I agree... mushy is hard to describe. Did you drop it or anything change?
