    Ball NEDU on Zulu/NATO?

Just picked up a gorgeous blue NEDU. I know you can't throw on a regular leather strap due to the double lug bar design (why??) so today I ordered a black leather zulu for it. I guess it'll be known as the Ball NEZU ;)

Was wondering if anyone has every thrown a NEDU on a zulu or a NATO, especially a brown one. I'm thinking the brown could look VERY cool, but am not positive since it does have a black bezel...

NATOs work great on my EHC Ceramic XV, using the outer hole only.

I would love to see something like this made for the Hydrocarbon watches. It would make adding different straps a lot cleaner.

Though the double bar design is indeed a bit prohibitive, I think the Hydrocarbon cases look really good on military straps. Not leather, but you get the idea:

Yeah, you're right. I like the military look.

Couple more days and I'll post a zulu shot.

If you went to a custom strap maker you should be able to get a notched strap that would get into the end link as a center tab.

If you are mindful of stitching you could pick up a cheap grooving knife and make the notch for the outer spring bar to sit in yourself.

Definitely a good suggestion but I think the distance between the outer springbar and the case would be too large and leave a sizeable gap, even with a 4mm strap. Either way, I think the Zulu should do the trick :)

Here's my EHC on an Isofrane, then a zulu, then a Bond nato. All are very comfortable, much more so than the oem bracelet.

Looks good. Did you put the Iso on the inner or outer lug screw? The gap doesn't look too bad.
