Lume comparo please: XV vs X-Lume

How are the hands and Arabics on the

    Spacemaster Glow -VS- Ceramic XV

Anyone own both? I know the Glow (X-Lume) has the blue minute ticks, but I'm wondering about the Arabics and the hands. I ask because I just noticed on my new Aviator that my XV's blue lume isn't as bright as green lume or yellow or orange. This of course makes me interested in the X-Lume! Can anyone compare them for me? How do they look to you?

    Thanks!

Per tube, the XV might be brighter. Overall all, I'm not sure. Note that the Spacemaster X-Lume has plenty of lume and much less would almost always suffice.

Blue is darker. Simple as that. That is why traffic lights are red, yellow, and green. Not blue, purple, and black.

The XV lume is pretty close to the watch in the forum header. Here are some X-Lume shots (one was the previous forum header). Having owned both the standard and X-lume Spacemasters plus a Night train, Aviator Dual time and a Stormchaser DLC Glow I would put the NT (gen 3...mostly green) at the top. The New NT may be the new brightness leader.

Thanks everyone. I agree about the new Night Train. There might be other models with more total lumed surface area, like the Storm Chaser DLC Glow, but for intensity and brightness, I think the 45mm Night Train's tube may be brighter.

Regardless, I am now thinking about the X-Lume!

You can't go wrong. I love my Spacemaster X-Lume. It's my first nice watch (way out classing my old $500 Hamilton 7750 based chrono).
