The Sinn rubber strap is a dream to wear if sized properly. I have a 7 1/2" wrist and have my strap cut so that 4 holes remain on the 12 o'clock side of the deployant clasp (the long size deployant) and 2 holes remain on the 6 o'clock side of the deployant clasp. I like my strap to be loose, rather than tight, on my wrist. The 4/2 cut works great for me as the strap is a bit loose and the deployant sits flat on the underside of my wrist.

If in doubt, cut on the larger size as you cut another section if too loose, but if you cut the sides short that is it. Fortunately if you cut it wrong you can buy just the rubber strap and start over again. Good luck! Cheers, Bill P.

Adjusting a rubber strap for fit on a Sinn is simple. You will need a small metal straight-edge ruler or other metal edge, an X-acto blade, or razor blade, or small sharp knife, and a pair of small needle-nose pliers.

Leave the strap attached to the watch head. Remove the clasp by pushing the attachment pins out with a springbar tool, paper clip or even a toothpick. Once you have the first pin out you can use it to push the others out. The tolerances provide a snug friction fit. Save the pins in a small dish and set aside.

Cut one section at a time on each side of the clasp in order to center the clasp on your wrist when reassembled.

Be patient and reassemble it each time with the saved pins until your fit is perfect. Fill any empty strap holes with the saved pins otherwise they will pack with grime.

This is from memory as I have a 757 UTC on a rubber strap I bought in 2007 but it's out for service now.

    Hope this helps.

EDIT: I just got my 757 UTC back. I misremembered the connection to the deployant. There is only room for one attachment point per side. I edited accordingly above.
