EZM1 for me.

The EZM1 ticks the most boxes but lack of running seconds would drive me nuts and I might not wear it too often.

You can always run the chrono in sync with the regular time. So the chrono minutes is (mostly) hidden under the regular minutes hand, and you have a running seconds.

My favorite is the EZM1 by long way. For a casual sports watch, nothing comes close in terms of quality, simplicity, and utility.
