+1 on the U1 and the awkward hands. Not a fan - U2 gets my vote

I can't seem to love those lego hands. Saving up for a U2 SDR

Aesthetically I heavily prefer the U1 as it is quite distinctive and unique, but I think the U2 is probably a "better" watch with the movement and added tech.

Love my U2, but the hands are what sold me on this variant.

I never managed to warm to the hands of the U1 and would clearly prefer a U2, even more so since I have a need for a second 24hr time zone.

I concede that some collectors may find the unique hands of the U1 very attractive, but to me they just appear unrefined, if not crude, which only goes to prove that you cannot debate taste.

Cowbiker, that is a great looking U2 LE. I would like to have a U2 with the stock U2 hands, but without the GMT hand/ function and a nice plain dial. Cheers, Bill P.

The U1 is incredibly striking to me. I greatly prefer it to the U2. (Just aesthetically speaking.)
