When I first saw the U1 years ago, I immediately thought of these pictures in Konrad Knirim's first book. So when my friend wondered about the lego hands, I scanned these photos for him: not much is really new.
I'm saving my pennies for the 2nd volume on british mil watches :)
btw, I read somewhere that while Sinn still sells the NaBo line of aviation/rallye clocks, Revue Thommen actually builds them, with a Sinn-branded dial.
