Changing bracelet on Signatura Day/Date

Has anyone changed their bracelet yet? I'm not a huge fan of the bracelet but don't have much experience changing this type of bracelet. Can someone with experience provide a step by step guide?

The last picture on the Prometheus website shows a good picture of the lug connecting the bracelet.

Thank you for that video! After watching it, I just felt silly asking for help. I've only changed straps that had a lot more wiggle room near the case. Also, either I stripped the shoulders of the spring bars down with my previous attempt or there wasn't much of a shoulder to work with to begin with, but that made things difficult as well. Thank you again heartbreak!
