Well there are many Panerai homages but with 200 meters water resistance, sapphire glass, displayback of manual movement I don't know many apart from Glycine. All others are 50 meters water resistant at most, they are not pure diver watches.

and what about a Panerai style diver, that I didn't hear asking so far, wouldn't a manual winding diver's watch, 200 meters rating be appealing?

I'm a great fan of manual wind watches, and to have a 200 meters rating would be a bonus. I also like the idea of a bullhead-type layout, since I'm a left-hander and a crown at the top of the case would make it ambidextrous.

Auto would be nice , manual wind chronos outnumber my auto chronos about 2 to 1

A B-Uhr style would be sweet, with the 60 minute track along the outside of the dial. Or, a 24 hour mil/pilot would be cool. The only real affordable ones are Russian Raketas and I already have one of each style!

Hmmm a bullhead chrono? I think some other company is already thinking of doing it, do you think there is a market for more?
Though I have to say I really love retro watches as this one here



In case a bullhead would be in the works would you prefer it with a manual movement, such as the ST19 or an automatic one? Valjoux 7750 (though quite expensive and hard to get) or a Chinese clone such as we use in our current chrono?

The Chinese clone would be nice, though an ST-19 would be "truer" to the original with 2 subdials even though their functions are different.

I have the brown dial Seiko, it was a grail of mine
