Prometheus Baiji or H3 Tactical Automatic

This is my first post, thank you for this forum. I would like to ask some advice from the veteran WUS members.

I currently have a Traser Commander quartz that I really love and am looking for a similar style automatic for more "formal" situations and the need to not necessarily need a battery. My personal requirements are the following:

Automatic
Stainless/Titantium case, bezel and band
Sapphire crystal
16 tritium tubes (Incl. 1-12, hour, minute & second hand & bezel.)
Simple, "military" style
No chrono or other frills

I am looking at the new Prometheus Baiji and an H3 Tactical. If I could get either for the same price (<$400), what would you suggestions be?

As this is a Prometheus section not sure if you will get any constructive responses regarding the H3. Along those lines I have no experience with H3 but own a Baiji and can say it has a great clean design and provides great value. The bezel does turns on the loose side as some have pointed out but was not a deal breaker for me.
