Love to have one! Nice chunky TAG. They don't make them like this anymore. IMO one of the chunkiest/heaviest TAGs made in steel.

    Its a qtz chrono.

This model has evolved a few times since being released in the late 90s. This is the initial release. You can still find them on eBay, but I've noticed the price has spiked in the last 2-3 years. I see them go for $650 to over $1000 depending on condition and how well the auction is presented.

I would so wear that! I just love the signature Tag Link look. The chrono looks great. The price doesn't sound too bad either from what you're telling us.

    Hi FoCsu,

Nice pics!! It has always been one of my favorites. Seeing it in the movies really made me want the exact model. Fun watch to wear.

I tend to really like the auto link look as it's a little dressier (is that a word?) but this piece is really good looking. The only thing I could do without is the oversized numbers at the 3, 9 and 12 positions on the face. Or maybe this is just me being a little nit-picky. Still a great watch!

    Hi,

They do make this same model without the large numbers. It is the same model but with a different dial. It was the model that came out right after this one. You can still find them out there. I think some of the Tag ......s still sale them too. The Model number is CT1111.BA0550 for both dials. The only reason I liked this one so much is this was the dial that Bourne had. You are right, the auto is more dressy and little thicker. Wish they still made them with the rotating bezel and the thicker link bracelets. The only downfall I can find with the these older models are the pushers. Wish they were a little larger or had a different design.

I didn't even notice the pusher when I first looked at the pics but you're absolutely right! One of the things I like about today's Link chronos is the beefy pushers. They're big and easy to use but they don't really stand out from the body of the watch.

You're also right about the larger bracelet and the rotating bezel.
