99% of the times I prefer light colored dials.

I have both. Black goes with the bracelet and black croc strap. Silver goes well with the bracelet and both the black and brown croc strap. I like dark faces Chronograph more but light faces non chronograph. If I have to choose one probably the silver. Btw, it's actually silver and not white.
I am on the same boat and trying to choose between black or white dials. I am leaning towards white with links because I know in the future, I can swap to black croc strap and it looks sharp.

I say get the Black face one. I like it more than the white one.
Looked at both myself and the Black dial looks more classier, I think ( I have the black dial ) either way you can't go wrong.
You'll Love it !!!
Don't rule out the brown dial......worn with a blue dress shirt, it is a killer look.
