Question Should I modify my Aquaracer Quartz?

Hello everyone. I have been a member for a few months and viewed many threads, but rarely start any. I have a question for you all. My silver Aquaracer quartz is a great looking watch, but after a few months the dial seems to be getting plainer and plainer. I was thinking that the addition of a blue second hand might break-up the monotony a little. I would like to hear your opinions on the matter, any and all. I know what it would do to the possible re-sale, but I am just spit-balling right now.

    Thanks,

    From TX

The only fit color for a second hand is red!!

Ookay. I take it the red second hand has some specific significance with TAG Heuer. I will take it under advisement. Thank you for your replies. Does anyone know a website where parts of this nature can be ordered? If I was so inclined.

    Thanks,

I would recommend red as well, although I am not aware of any signficance with TAG for red sweep hands.

I also think yellow or orange is appropriate but only with a black dial.

    So red it would be.

Refinishing your original hand would be easiest. Also it can be refinished without removal, because removing it is more likely to cause problems than not. It would only require removal to replace the lume and if that were done, it would probably not match the lume on the other hands.
