Tag heuer carrera calibre 16

Hi everyone.
I have carrera gold with calibre 16 movement which ipurchased 5 years ago and have not serviced yet. recently i noticed that it started losing 8 seconds per day. Is it safe tocontinue using it or does it need immediate service? The problem is that there is no Tag service in my country so I'll either have to go to unauthorized watch repairer or service it in some other country.
And one more question. Does anyone have experience with tag service in UAE? and could you share your experience?

You are correct is assuming the timing change usually indicates a need for service. But any decent watchmaker can service a 7750 (Calibre 16).
