difference between B-42 Pilot Professional Chronograph GMT 637.22.11 and 637.10.11

I'm hoping to purchase a Fortis B-42 Pilot Professional Chronograph GMT 637.22.11
For me it looks the same as an 637.10.11
Can anyone tell me the difference between those two models and does anyone know in which years they were build?
