I have just learned today that Nesbit's Watch Service in Seattle (206-623-1211) is now a Fortis service center. I presently have an Omega in for service and have had another Omega and a Rolex there. Nesbit's can't be beat for price and quality service. I recommend them highly! Cheers, Bill P.

According to FORTIS headquarters in Switzerland, ONLY 2 official factory authorized FORTIS service centers in the US. Time-Tec Watch Service Center in Los Angeles and Saltzman's in Rhode island. They take care of Warranty and out of warranty service and repairs.

According to my Fortis Warranty book, which is new, the only USA warranty center is the Gevril Group in Vally Cottage, NY.
That is correct as far as I know but let us hope they have more and new ones:
Back in 2011 I send my fortis watch to be repair under warranty at the Grevil Group in the USA. They change the crown to a very different one, I do not know if it is water resistant. See picture below. Also and very important on a 24 hour watch the calibration is not right and it seems to get worse: If the minute hand is at 24 hours the hour hand does not show the correct time.
