Newbie can't remove movement from vintage Fortis

Hey guys I'm trying to get into watch restoration and have already come across a problem trying to get the movement out of this old fortis i picked up not too long ago. The case and plastic popped off without a problem but the crown is stuck in the back of the case even though the movement is rattling around in there. I don't know how to get the movement out and would appreciate some help. Thanks in advance. Fwiw it's worth the back is signed 4097 the same as this post although they seem to be different models. Can you pop the back of the case off?

You will be able to get to a screw that holds the crown in, also the movement is probably secured to a movement ring with screws around the perimeter, probably 3 screws.

But I'm not sure unless the caseback is off.

I'm unable to get the caseback off, the crown/stem seem to be fixed in the side of the case not allowing me to pry it off. Hopefully this picture will give you a better idea.

no worries, found out it's a split stem and that the crown just needed to be yanked out forcefully
