Hi I've just bought an old fortis from ebay, when I got it ,it would only run face down. It now runs in any position but goes 5 hours fast in 24 . I have but it in to a small repairer who tells me it needs a service at £45 . Is this a normal price to pay in the UK.?. I can service my car for less !! . regards John.
I would say that price is very fair!
I'd get it done, just make sure it includes an cleaning and a regulation of the timing.
good luck.
** post some pics of it when you can ;-)
Hi thanks for that , phoned him up and asked , price includes all that and a new glass . He reckons it'll be three weeks as he is quite busy , i'll let you know how I get on. Regards john.
