    Cold War jobs

    Found some old slides when clearing out a bookcase yesterday and found these. Managed to convert them to .jpg's but sorry about the quality.
    Used to work on all them at one time, though in the early days mostly on the Vulcans (first pic), when it was part of the Response V Force in the 60's and 70's - seems a long time ago now...


    The second pic is the Victor in tanker version, refuelling two Lightnings -


    Certainly brings back a lot of old memories.

    Forget quality of the pics, THEY were quality British aeroplanes.

    Looking forward to seeing the Vulcan again this summer.

    The Vulcan is certainly one of the most impressive aircraft I've ever seen (and even more impressive heard!) flying. Great pictures!
