Cross country flight from KFRG to KPHF

Did a nice little cross country on a quiet and cold sunday morning from my home airport, Farmingdale Republic airport over to Newport News Virginia. Here are some pics from the flight. Enjoy and happy new years!

A Piper Warrior III (PA28-161) At times during the flight though, I wished I had been flying a faster plane

My flight was on December 14th of 2008 and the JFK pics were taken at 5:24pm that day Let me know if that was you -- that would be awesome!

I missed that particular Sunday at JFK...too bad, that would have been a pretty neat coincidence. Enjoy those cross-countries...I bet you know alot of great airport area food joints around the N.E/Mid-Atlantic. KPHF isn't too far away from me. I am based in the DCA metro area. Anytime! Well, if you ever happen to be in the area there actually is a nice little breakfast place I stop into every once in a while at Sky Acres airport (44n). Check it out if you can!
