FAKE or REAL Breitling? 1884 Vintage? Found inside storage locker :)

I go to storage auctions 3 times a month down here and a couple months ago I bought this pretty big unit for $275 (only because the auctioneer was in a hurry to leave) and inside a wooden jewelry box I found this Breitling watch. I did some research on it and seems like all the Breitling watches with the 2 screens, the logo is north under the top screen. I don't know much anyway that is why I came on here, but it may be vintage as you can see it looks like it has been heavily worn. The model number for this watch is E56121.1

On the front it says Breitling 1884; 121.5 MHz; EMERGENCY. On the back it says Manufactured in Switzerland By Breitling; Transmitter made in France by Dassault A.T; Water resistant 30M; E56121.1

Yeah, sorry. But, titanium cases don't brass up. Everything else is secondary. Further to that, I wouldn't wear this watch for fear of heavy metal poisoning. I'm not kidding. You never know what alloys are used to coat the brass in counterfeiting. I'd take it to the nearest brick and introduce it to a large hammer at about 60kms per hour. That should put it right.
