That's probably too bad to call it a replica. It's trying to be a Mulliner Tourbillon which is very very expensive.
But it's the kind of tat that would sell for $20.
I particularly like the small hands set off centre and that it appears to be the world's first chronograph without pushers.

How much were/are they asking for that?

The clue to it being a fake is on the back. It was made in the mythical country of "Switchinternet"
