looks like an authentic very early watch that went and became the callisto

Don't believe me or anything I say just because I say it ... do your own research , ask questions and get answers , find out what you can , do background searches on the (vintage) watch you're interested in AND on the seller , only if you do all of that you will be able to determine the authenticity of the watch you're interested in
Antares perhaps?

What's with the 0-100 numbering on the inner bezel?
I agree. The lighting of the images is very good. Every detail speaks very early 80's model, maybe a prototype.

You can divide a minute/hour into 100 parts. Very useful for aviation notation of flight times.
As in 1.5hrs = 1hr 30 minutes.
